We had another great Sunday with a powerful time of worship. The message titled ‘Radical obedience brings deliverance’, was the NOW word for this season.

What a powerful anointing we experienced as we celebrated Rosh Chodesh Tevet last Sunday.

Tevet begins with a reminder of God’s faithfulness & goodness to deliver us, that His deliverance is always at hand, no matter what. As you meditate on the goodness of God this month, let His light dispel all darkness from your life.

Remember & celebrate God’s goodness and be strengthened by His deliverance in this new month and as you do that, surely you will see His footsteps become your pathway (Psalm 85:13).

This is also the month when Esther came before the king & was made queen (Esther 2:16). Samson missed his destiny while Esther fulfilled it beautifully. Esther saved her people by risking her own life while Samson got killed by the very enemy he was created to subdue. Esther means “star.” In this season, many Esther’s will shine like stars in the night as they are brought before kings. 

God has a chosen path for your life and it’s not a path of darkness. When you walk in His plan for your life, your path will become brighter and brighter no matter the challenges.

Dan missed it, Samson missed it but Esther dismissed the plans of the enemy by risking her life to walk in her destiny.

Sons and daughters of God, who knows but that you have come to the Kingdom for such a time as this! Don’t forget to remember His goodness this month, how He has delivered you from darkness and brought you into the marvellous light of His Son. Perhaps He will use you or your descendants to save a nation, as you obediently walk in your destiny. 

Go forth in Jesus Name!

Don’t miss this coming Saturday 8th December at 6:00PM – the momentum continues at STWC as we celebrate Hanukkah and ‘Enter a season of miracles’. This is a time to expect MIRACLES as God’s supply of oil never runs out!

The Messiah Yeshua can be seen in all the biblical holidays including Hanukkah (John 10:22-23). Jesus is the light of the world and Hanukkah is a time to let His light shine! We declare that the LIGHT OF JESUS WILL ALWAYS BREAK THROUGH THE DARKNESS.

For eight nights, Jewish families and friends come together to engage in the lighting of the menorah. This special tradition started more than 2,000 years ago during the rededication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, which followed a trying period when Jews were persecuted for practicing their faith. Unfortunately, Jews today continue to face many different forms of violence, hatred, and bigotry around the globe. Let’s continually pray for our Jewish brothers and sisters for protection, peace & love to surround them.

Then on Sunday 9th December at 10:30AM we celebrate Firstfruits for the month of Tevet. Firstfruits is always such a celebration, as we get to partner with God by giving Him the first and best portion of our time, resources and all that He has blessed us with.

Let’s celebrate the goodness of God this weekend-how He has delivered us from darkness and brought us into the marvellous light of His Son Yeshua.

Arise, shine, for your light has broken through! The Eternal One’s brilliance has dawned upon you. See truly; look carefully—darkness blankets the earth; people all over are cloaked in darkness. But God will rise and shine on you; the Eternal’s bright glory will shine on you, a light for all to see.

Dear Prayer Warriors,

What an amazing service we had this Sunday!

As the Gospel went out to 14 new families and 35 new people, we thank God for the work of His Spirit in our midst. We are still overwhelmed at the response from this Good News Sunday. The message on God’s love touched every heart and so many came for prayer after the service. We have such a privilege to gather His harvest! The audio replay of the message should be on the website by this Wednesday.

The STWC After School program – an outreach into the community through an after school teaching program for children, has been such a blessing to these families and such an opportunity for STWC to display God’s love to them. What started on 7th June 2018 with one child has grown to 31 children now & continues to grow. Pray for us that the Kingdom of God will continue to advance in the region of Mohali and beyond. We have seen the power of prayer as our teams have been going out week after week to prayer walk in the region. Hearts have been opened and the seed has been sown into good ground (Matthew 13:8). We wait and watch as greater things begin to unfold, ready to gather more than a hundred fold return.

The Power of Covenant!

Prayer is an assignment from God for every christian on earth. Prayer is a serious assignment and should never become boring or routine. Calling Spread The Word Church to a new prayer awakening for the greater assignment that awaits us.

Come with an expectancy this Sunday to hear a powerful word on ‘Passion for Prayer’. Moses made a deliverance call over the people of Israel with the decree – “Let My People Go”. This will be our decree as we move forward in prayer with the power of the Blood of the Lamb.

Get ready to celebrate Firstfruits for the month of Kislev this Sunday 11th November 2018. Firstfruits is a covenant which God honours and covenant brings you into warfare! Israel as God’s covenant nation is in constant warfare! So it applies to every born again, Spirit filled believer in the Kingdom. We experience warfare because we are in covenant with the living God through the sacrifice of Yeshua on the Cross.

Don’t miss this Sunday Firstfruits for the month of Cheshvan. Grace has come in Cheshvan. Declare that there is Grace to Overcome and there is Grace to fulfill your God given assignment. In the year of birthing, allow Him to mould you to become a vessel of His outpouring. The floodgates of heaven are open for you to receive the fresh rain of the Holy Spirit.

We’ve had an amazing Rosh Hashanah 5779 celebration at Spread The Word and have entered the new Hebraic year with a shift. Change is upon us this season and God is shifting mindsets in our nation so that the Kingdom can come in its fullness. The new wineskins will be made ready in this season for the new wine to flow in 5779.

In this year of birthing, STW and Kingdom Advance Network (KAN) with their lead Apostles Jenny and Steve Watson formed a Kingdom alignment. KAN covenanted with us to stand and support us with our God given assignments for our nation.
We were so blessed with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit through the teachings imparted to us by them and thank God for the beginning of our new Kingdom relationship.

The new wine will break the old wine skins so get ready to be made new!
